Thank you for visiting us at justicewalk.ca, home of the Huron Superior Catholic District School Boards annual Walk For Justice. Last year we started something special with our inaugural board wide walk. This year we're back to take to the streets on May 5th continuing to walk the path to justice. Thank you to Michael Purvis for joining the St Francis community down at Clergue Park and helping to share our message by printing the following photos and caption in the Sault Star today. Students, staff and parents began with a prayer service in the park, then made their way past city hall and up to the north end of the boardwalk, singing and carrying signs along their route. We have started adding the pictures and editing the videos you have sent in so far. Soon each school will have individual folder for all to view! We will also be making a brand new post walk video using all the footage you send us so please keep the pic’s and video coming in.

Today is the day! Thank you to all those who have put in many long hours preparing for this event. As Catholic students and teachers, today is the day we become a reflection of Hope for all those around the world who go without. Justicewalk2010 is our response to the call put forth to each of us by God, as written by the prophet Micah (6:8) “This is what the Lord requires, to act justly, to love tenderly, and to walk humbly with God.”
Remember to have fun, be safe on your walks and take many pictures and videos!
